Delivery Policy

Our priority is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We are a Victoria based company, delivery costs and time will be affected by your distance from our location and your proximity to major metropolitan areas. For normal shipping we use Australia Post and we accept P.O. Boxes, however for all ‘big and bulky’ items we require a street address. All shipments are made Monday – Friday and will generally be shipped out within 2 working days upon receipt of payment (payment made on Friday will not be processed until Monday the following week.) For example, within Victoria you should generally receive your order in 3 days, Sydney – Brisbane 4-5 days and 1 week to Perth. However, we do not guarantee stock availability. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest, before your order is placed, you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date .

Big and bulky deliveries

For ‘Big and bulky’ we require a street address for delivery - no PO Boxes will be accepted. Big and bulky items require extra handling and take longer to transport to all parts of Australia. Because of this, additional delivery fees apply to all products nominated as big and bulky.

Delivery

Fire Ready will deliver Australia wide. We can also deliver internationally on request. Please contact us for international orders before placing your order to discuss your needs. For orders placed from outside Australia, international deliveries may be subject to import charges and other local taxes. Any such charges are the responsibility of you, the customer.

Damaged Goods

Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by calling 1300 237 737 within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation. Any damaged products that are of fault of Australia Post need to be left as they were delivered to you and taken to your local Australia Post branch for a claim to be filed.

Drop Ship Deliveries

Drop Ship items are delivered directly from our supplier and can take up to 10 working days to be delivered.
